Ingredients

  • 2 oz LBV port
  • 1 oz claret
  • 1 oz sparkling Burgundy wine
  • 1 tsp brandy
  • 2 oz water
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 tsp sugar

Directions

Heat ingredients (with lemon thinly sliced into rings, and a heaped teaspoon of sugar). Strain into a heat-proof goblet when hot.
