Rum Sazerac

Ingredients

  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1 - 2 dashes Pernod® licorice liqueur
  • 1 - 2 dashes Angostura® bitters
  • 1 tsp sugar

Directions

Soak one sugar cube in angostura bitters - in an old-fashioned glass, and crush with a pestle. Add ice cubes, pour in rum, add a few dashed of pernod and fill with water. Serve.
